Registration
Registration materials for all 2010 programs will be available to download Dec 1st. To be included in the Priority and Non-Priority lotteries, Summer Stuff Day Camps must receive all registration materials by Dec 31st. All registration materials must be mailed to Summer Stuff Day Camps, PO Box 5866, Evanston, IL. 60204.
Priority Families
Priority families include those that have previously been enrolled in Grasshoppers or Summer Stuff.
Non-Priority Families
Non-Priority families include all new families.
Lottery Process
We have two rounds in the lottery. First round lottery openings will be filled by Priority families who have met the Dec. 31st deadline. Second round lottery openings will be filled by Non-Priority families who have met the Dec. 31st deadline. Any remaining openings will be first come, first served.
You will receive an email confirmation of your placement in Summer Stuff Day Camps by Jan 2nd. If you do not get the program of your choice, you will receive a phone call Jan 2nd.
Registration Fee: A registration fee of $200 must be included with your application. Checks should be made payable to Summer Stuff Day Camps. The registration fee will be deducted from your final payment due April 1, 2010.
The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE if your child is registered in Grasshoppers, Summer Stuff or Summer Stuff PLUS.
Balance due: Tuition will be billed in one installment, with payment due April 1st. Nonpayment may result in exclusion from camp. Fees for any checks returned for insufficient funds or stop payment will be the responsibility of the family and are not to be paid by the program.
